Having been a full-time carer to her mother who later died without leaving a Will, Norma has experienced the chaos and confusion a family can experience when someone dies intestate. Now she is passionate about ensuring no one else goes through what she did.

Having spent many years as a training manager for a large corporate foreign exchange company, clear communication and plain speaking come naturally to Norma. She now works with business and domestic clients to ensure they have everything they need to protect their loved ones.
